I enjoy finding better ways to do things. Give me a problem everyone's learned to live with, and I'll want to pull it apart, understand it properly, and put something better together.
I've worked with multinational companies and start-ups alike, from helping start-ups get their products off the ground to supporting large organisations through digital transformation.
I like going deep. I'd rather really understand how something works than know a little about everything, because that's usually where the good ideas are.
And I like sharing what I learn. I mentor a few people, I write things up, and I build tools other people can pick up and use.
Right now I'm working on a few things I hope will shake up an industry.
